levertijd was 90 minuten langer dan aangegeven! Eten was niet warm genoeg!

It Took more than 90 minutes for our order to arrive. It said up to 25-50 minutes and after 50 minutes the order was not even prepared yet. I ordered there a couple of times this year and it is ALWAYS the same. The food is okay but not for the time

It’s always a guess on what you are going to get depending who is manning the burrito bar. I do miss that scale they used to use to confirm the burrito was up to par. Shrinkflation, and, much higher prices are a double problem for this place

Food was good, however, I was missing guacamole (which is paid extra) in my burrito as well as fries. I got compensated for the fries at least.

Longer wait time as they dint prepare the order properly. The burritos dint taste as they were supposed as it felt like the toppings we mentioned was not added even tho charged extra. Except the main ingredient nothing was right.

The order was COMPLETELY wrong for both our burritos, like did they even read the order? Took over an hour to actually get the food after placing the order.

Fantastic staff, so kind and fun. The food was fabulous and so delicious, and a lot. 10 out of 5 stars!
